Gaming is a rapidly growing industry. Just one successful title is all it takes to trigger the opportunities for bigger growth.

Now imagine you’re one of those overnight gaming success stories. You're running a small team of 10- 15 people with successful title(s) under your belt. There are new opportunities for expansion. You learn that you’ll have to grow your team to 50-60 people within a few months. What do you do? Space can be acquired, Hardware can be bought, but what about your team, and more specifically your team leaders? Can you make sure they can grow at the same pace?

With this presentation, I’ll show and tell you the situations I’ve faced in my journey as a gaming manager. Our challenges with sudden growth, our related struggles, my successes but also my failures. More importantly, what I did to make sure that my management team was good and ready to face their biggest challenge yet.
