The talk will focus on some key elements needed to design well in a production environment 1) The study of characterisation - how to study and develop the sense of character designing through basic steps  2) Analyse the character brief - after getting the brief from the client how to do you start your research and make your ref folders 3) Process of character development and Pre-production pipeline - how do you follow up your client with your step by step development of character and what are the elements are required to be taken in consideration to make to further production more easier.
