This session will focus on the design and on site implementation of three serious games and gamification projects developed at the University of Skövde, Sweden. The games are used in museums and schools and have been designed with ease of use in mind - both for the player and the customers. The talk will cover how we designed these games with a very broad player base in mind, and how we have worked with two core design principles - "Pong design" and "Wow factor" to achieve this. The three games presented are all parts of research projects and have been developed in collaboration between game developers, game researchers and external customers.
