What can you do if you're a studio manager, producer or developer to make sure your employees, colleagues, clients and vendors learn from mistakes and not repeat the same issues again and again?

This is the story of how, with a few easy changes, I managed to motivate colleagues, clients and bosses to change for the better, increase productivity of videogame projects, save time and money and make everyone involved in videogame projects happier.
