Over the past 30+ years I have shipped more than 30+ games, made and lost a lot of money, founded and built a game studio from scratch, raised venture capital, developed several game engines & tools, and built a lot of both good and bad games. But most importantly I have kept learning and still am. In this talk I will share the things I have learned and offer advice on a range of topics related to game development that I hope will be useful and increase your chance of success developing games and making a career out of it.
